1. PREVENTION. 👀 Be aware of your surroundings, especially at night or in parking lots. 🔑 Lock your car right when you get in. Also keep items like a 📣whistle or 🚨spray close in case of trouble.


2. MAKE NOISE if someone bothers you. 🗣Yell things like "get away from me!" loud and clear so others hear and the person leaves you alone.


3. VULNERABLE AREAS. The 👁 eyes, 👃 nose, 👄 throat, and 🥜 groin can really hurt if hit. So focus attacks there if needed. 🏃‍♀️Stay on your feet too - it's riskier on the ground. 


4. BASIC MOVES. Get into a READY STANCE with feet apart and hands up. From here, you have options. The 👋PALM-HEEL STRIKE jams the nose with your palm heel. For the 🦵 FRONT KICK, bring your knee up fast to the groin. Use a 🤜HAMMERFIST PUNCH to smash the face with the bottom of your fist.


🚪 Remember - your real goal is ESCAPE. Only use force if you must to get to safety. Now you have some simple techniques to feel more protected. Stay alert and I hope you never need them!
